Greenfield project - new generation accounting platform. As we are building the product from scratch, the team offers a lot of freedom to participate in decision-making process & work with stakeholders
Team size in Tallinn: 400 + developers
Global size: 500 +

✈️ We offer relocation to Estonia (Tallinn). It is perfect if you’re currently located in Belarus/Ukraine/Russia
📌 Salary range: 2700-3500 EUR NET(after taxes)
📌 Key Technical Skills:
5+ years of experience in backend development
2+ years of commercial experience with Elixir, Phoenix
Strong skills with relational databases
You share the culture of clean code/clean architecture and full test coverage
English upper intermediate +
Previous experience in fintech is a big advantage
