💡What will you do in this role?
- technical onboarding of clients from around the globe
- integration supervision and support
- casino games management
- real-time support of clients’ tech requests
📍 About you:
- fluent English
- previous knowledge of iGaming industry, ideally in B2B products
- experience in Customer support OR Tech support domain
- scripting skills in Python, Ruby or any other programming language will be a huge plus
- knowwledge of SQL will be a plus
- strong communication skills, attention to detail, willingness to learn
- experience in a similar position for ~2 years
