We are looking for a team #lead that can build and manage our office in Auzi, #Japan. The team will be building #blockchain solutions on the Iroha platform for the Japanese market.

The team lead will be responsible for:
· design of the software architecture for the projects in Japan,
· attracting, selecting and hiring developers in Japan,
· successful development of projects in Japan,
· software quality, maturity of the SDLC and quality of the technical and other product-related documentation,
· manage Soramitsu office in Aizu,
· coordination of activities with other team leads of the Soramitsu global development efforts,
· report to the management board.

The perfect candidate should:
· have strong technical background using one of the languages java/#python/go,
· be able to design and communicate software architecture for projects in different domains,
· understand and be able to implement software quality concepts to ensure high quality products,
· be familiar with blockchain platforms (desired, but not mandatory),
· have good leadership skills,
· be fluent in English.
