The Slotegrator company is a vendor and software developer for online casinos. Since 2012, our company has been working to develop client's business, making it as profitable and effective as possible. We are those who help to kick-start successful projects, providing our customers with quality casino games and turnkey solutions, reliable developers, and expert support.
You should be able to multitask in a growing environment and must be technical and customer oriented with experience in API, great customer service, strong team relationships, quick troubleshooting skills and resolving technical issues. You will team up with client’s development team, share knowledge and be an effective advocate for our partners, helping client’s developers in integration of our products (NO call center or office support).
📍Requirements:
• English: writing and speaking at communicative level
• Business Process modeling skills
• Understand how HTTP protocol works
• Know what API, JSON, XML is
• Experience in requirements elicitation and documenting project
• Quality Assurance experience will be a plus.
📍What will be a plus:
• English language – Intermediate, Russian language is a plus
• Experience in any programming language
• Knowledge how hash function works (sha1, md5, etc.)
📍Responsibilities:
• Business process integration for B2B client base
• Analyzing the behavior of B2B and B2C clients to provide feedback and optimization requests for tech team;
• Handle Integration guides, instructions and constantly improve them
• Collecting and categorizing client feedback about our services and products for further enhancement of client.
