✅ Requirements:
1.️ Literate written and spoken English (at least pre-B2 or B2 // pre-Upper-Intermediate or Upper-Intermediate) and Arabic
2. Higher or incomplete higher education
3. Basic knowledge of web technologies
4. Understanding of the operation of web browsers, web servers

✅ Duties:
1. Operating of incoming requestes from the company’s customers via phone/online chat/email
2. Consulting clients on the technical issues, services and products of the company

Fluency in English and Arabic is a must!

✅Duties:
1. Operating of incoming requestes from the company's customers via phone/online chat/email;
2. Consulting clients on the technical issues, services and products of the company;
3. Services monitoring, troubleshooting;
4. Testing of company products;
5. No cold calls, no sales.

✅Requirements:
1. Higher or incomplete higher education;
2. Basic knowledge of web technologies, understanding of the operation of web browsers, web servers;
3. Literate written and spoken English (at least pre-B2 or B2 // pre-Upper-Intermediate or Upper-Intermediate) and Arabic.

✅Preferably:
1.Working experience in customer support service;
2.Languages proficiency;
3.Developed skills of intercultural communication.
