"And as for the Munāfiq (hypocrite) and the Fāsiq (evil-doer), then they rejoice over ending of the month of Ramaḍān, to proceed towards their desires, pleasures and heedlessness, for they were in prison and in captivity in the month of Ramaḍān. So when it ends, they proceed towards their heedlessness and distractions, they roam freely and have fun in this life until death reaches them, except those whom Allāh -the Most Majestic and High- grants success and he repents to Allāh before his death, for indeed Allāh accepts the repentance of those who repent (sincerely)."
