UPDATE 10/06/2024
Project 677M Lada/St. Petersburg-class diesel-electric attack submarine Velikiye Luki (B-587) with a Kilo-class SSK at the Admiralty Shipyards on June 9, 2024 after returning from the sonar calibration trials.
Not sure about the Kilo's ID, maybe it's the Algerian Navy's Project 636M/Improved Kilo-class Akram Pacha (022)? She was on the exact spot in the late March/early April (photo 2).
Both photos by user Curious/forumairbaseru.
