Ukrenergo reported that missile and drone attacks on energy facilities have left a significant number of consumers without power in Kyiv and Kyiv Oblast as well as in Chernihiv, Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhzhia oblasts.
Power outages have also been reported in Zhytomyr, Kharkiv and Donetsk oblasts.
Ukrenergo said emergency repair work has begun wherever the security situation allows, and power engineers are doing everything possible to repair damaged equipment as quickly as possible."

An on-board CCTV camera registered the moment of a Ukrainian strike with an OWA-UAV on the Liberia-flagged DELTA HARMONY oil tanker in the Black Sea waters on Tuesday.
The vessel was sailing towards the Russian port of Novorossiysk and was expected to load Kazakh-produced oil from Tengizchevroil, a unit of U.S. oil major Chevron.
