@sentdefender: They still have the geo sense though. Even though there is no fencing restrictions, there is still geo sensing, meaning all the new drones released by DJI in the past few years are built in equipped with geosensing that relays the location and height of the drone live to the FAA.

Around military bases, the US should have C-UAS systems to detect and land civilians drones flying over.
