That in no way would help with how to use correctly and effectively use today’s Tanks, IFV, Aircraft Carriers, Drones, Missiles, or Fighter Jets, that all comes with decades of experience in wars. It is more general than it is specific.

But it’s a general outline of war, it doesn’t actually help specifically for how to effectively fight a modern military with stealth fighter jets and aircraft carriers. Those were not around back then +2,500 years ago.
