@PatPorter76 I don't think they were ever that close. From my understanding, there were some really important details that were not worked out and were supposed to be left for a potential Zelensky-Putin meeting. And Putin didn't send negotiators who could really speak for him.

@OttomanCorsair @Jack_Watling We can't see everything that is going on and it often takes time to set the conditions for an offensive. More broadly, both sides had such heavy attrition after the first two months, I think only slow offensives are possible.

564.🇺🇦30the Mech Bde captured a damaged🇷🇺R149MA3 command/staff vehicle of the 2nd Guards Motor Rifle Div (BTR-80 variant with extra antenna on side + top). This is the 3rd recent capture of this vehicle likely in the Dovhenke, Mazanivka, Sviati Hory forest area (twt 492 + 502).

@PaulJawin Its easy to miss but its actually a rarer R149MA3 command/staff vehicle of the 2nd Guards Motor Rifle Division. The two antenna on the top and the fold down one on the right rear and out of view on the left distinguish it.

@BarracudaVol1 Its not from Vysokopillya as its captured by the 30th Mechanized Brigade who are on the Izyum front. And its from the RuA 2nd Guards Motor Rifle Brigade who are there. Please question Ukrainian TG sources not everything labelled Kherson is from there.
