RT @HeathMayo: If what Rubio says is true, and the 28-point proposal is in fact the *Russian* plan for Ukraine without input or support from the United States, the delivery of that proposal to Ukraine by the US, along with a deadline for Ukraine to respond, may be one of the biggest diplomatic blunders of this century.
It forced Zelenskyy to make a public plea for help. He certainly didn’t know this was coming just from the Russians. Total circus.
