Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko said the situation is difficult and that Kyiv has sustained one of the most serious attacks. He said he believes there will be another Russian attack in the coming days and recommends residents stock up on water and food, prepare a first aid kit, charge batteries, and prepare warm clothes.
