@casualdiot: Unlikely. They can make the Committees go into a SCIF to read it.

@Arthuro802: Yes, but that’s pretty well acknowledged.

RT @CrimsonInquiry: So the Russians don’t want to negotiate when the Ukrainian 🇺🇦 military is on their territory.. But they expected Ukraine to negotiate/capitulate when Russian 🇷🇺 soldiers are on *their* territory. That is quite something! https://twitter.com/wartranslated/status/1833400202641711353#m

Black line is still August 19th, blue is the current UA line. There have been a few changes but nothing major.

My initial expectation was that they would quickly submit a bare bones report in an attempt to placate Congress and make this a non issue. Instead they have called further attention to it by submitting 3 months late and hiding the whole report behind classification in contravention of the law.

@Laurasuhoward: The clause requires the report be submitted to House & Senate Approps, Armed Services and Foreign Affairs/Relations. Any of the members and staff with the requisite security clearances can read it.

RT @Danspiun: A Russian soldier tries to keep a straight face. What is he thinking?

Reportedly from Kursk Region. She says:
"At first, they wanted to send us to Ukraine. I thought if we get there, definitely nothing good could happen, we'll not ended up alive.
They moved here some military vehicles, BTRs they said, to load is in, and transport us to Ukraine.
But something changed on theirs side, they were talking on radio, in a very much disturbed or even scared manner. Something disturbed them."
