The volunteer who was helping to organize an event for Ukrainian refugee children in Gomel was sentenced to 7 days of arrest for it.
@svaboda reports that her name is Alla Karalenka. It’s unknown under which article she was charged.

351. Same RuAF maintenance base in twt 350 in Kunje (49.3902, 37.2571) is hit by 🇺🇦airborne/army artillery seemingly later (some vehicles moved). A fuel bowser visible at top of screen at 0:04 likely burns. The fuel fire appears about to engulf a tank too.
