Project 667BDR Kalmar/Delta III-class SSBN "Ryazan" (K-44) in a drydock.
She was the only Delta III hull with 7-bladed propellers and the flow equalizer fins, which were originally designed to improve the efficiency of the older 5-bladed propellers.
On the other Delta III and Delta IV hulls the flow equalizers fins were removed as soon as the 5-bladed propellers were replaced with 7-bladed, on "Ryazan" however the fins remained installed until the recycling.
H/T to @RSS_40 for doublecheck😉
