#Ukraine: A suicide UAV struck the Russian Black Sea Fleet’s headquarters in #Sevastopol- It looks like the same kind of modified Chinese commercial drone that used to strike the oil facility in Rostov in June.
It is unclear what air defense was doing.

Highly likely a Ropucha-class Project 775 landing ship and a Kilo class submarine (First one hit !?) were in this dock.

“During a missile attack on the Sevastopol Navy Plant on September 13, crew members of the diesel-electric submarine Rostov-on-Don, which was being repaired in a dry dock, were injured.
This follows from a message from the public organization “St. Petersburg Club of Submariners and Navy Veterans.”
To help the injured submarine crew members, the club board announced a charity fundraiser for them. Previously, there was no information that the crew of the submarine was injured during the attack.”
