Although the precise type is unclear, it appears to be based on the UA PD-1 or PD-2 series of reconnaissance UAVs. The area is around 150km from the front line.

And yes, we know that both have red stars painted on them - that means nothing. Such drones are not in service with the Russian army, however they are constantly used to target valuable targets on the Russian-controlled territory. For example:
