The company is looking for a forward-thinking Developer Relations Manager who is ready to grow with our dynamic, globally dispersed team. The company culture is built on the pillars of freedom, creativity, efficiency and unwavering accountability.
▪️What you will do:
▫️Attract and train developers.
▫️Conduct research to gain insights into developer behavior and preferences.
▫️Generate promotional and PR ideas to attract developers.
▫️Manage educational activities for developers: creating technical documentation, tutorials, etc.
▫️Manage GitHub and other platforms for developers, actively communicate with them.
▫️Manage budgeting, analytics, and reporting for all of the above.
▫️Work with the marketing team to develop hypotheses to improve the product and strategy.
▪️Required Skills And Expertise:
▫️Fluent written and spoken English.
▫️2-3+ years of experience in a similar position in a Blockchain project (L1 would be ideal).
▫️Understanding of the development basics in the blockchain sphere.
▫️Your own network of tech partners, communities, influencers, developers etc in Web3.
▫️Advanced communication and presentation skills; ability to work long hours to support the community chats.
