- Опыт оптимизации бизнес-процессов, найма и обучения персонала;
- Совокупный опыт на позициях Head / Team Lead не менее 2-х лет,
- Опыт самостоятельного медиабаинга по разным источникам;
➕Будет плюсом:
- Понимание устройства и работы воронок в Telegram, SEO Youtube.
- Актуальный опыт в вертикали Binary Option/Forex.
- Наличие собственного network среди веб-мастеров для присоединения к команде;
- Опыт управления командами, отливающими в разных источниках

We are looking for a Senior Core Blockchain Developer (Rust)
About the Company:
We are an IT company with a high level of expertise in launching innovative products. We specialize in developing complex IT solutions for businesses, including DAOs, Play-to-Earn games, NFT marketplaces, and ecosystems. Among our products are the White Label Solution for NFT Marketplace and the gaming platform GameFinity. We are actively growing, adding new products, projects, and teams. Our team consists of over 40 specialists working across 7+ teams.
As a Senior Core Blockchain Developer, you will play a key role in the development of our Layer 1 blockchain infrastructure. You'll be part of the development team working on a high-performance Layer 1 blockchain, guided by our lead architect.
You will tackle the following challenges related to integration with the Substrate framework:
▫️Building components for the Layer 1 blockchain network
▫️Implementing a hybrid consensus mechanism
▫️Implementing PolkaVM
▫️Developing NomtDB
▫️Developing custom runtime modules and pallets
▪️Responsibilities:
▫️Implement complex blockchain components in Rust following architectural guidelines
▫️Write high-performance, secure, and reliable Rust code
▫️Optimize runtime performance and resource utilization
▫️Deploy nodes and measure the performance of testnets as a whole
▫️Monitor key metrics like block production time, finalization time, and network performance
▫️Contribute to the implementation of the consensus mechanism
▫️Help maintain code quality through reviews and testing
▫️Write comprehensive technical documentation
▫️Collaborate with team members to implement new features
▫️Ensure optimal performance and security of applications
▪️Requirements:
▫️5+ years of software engineering experience
▫️At least 3 years of experience with Rust programming
▫️Proven expertise in Substrate framework development
▫️Deep knowledge of blockchain fundamentals
