#bftp9am - STANGE STARE

The former Singapore national coach, Bernd Stange, is seen in this undated photograph, looking at a reporter during a media session.

The German coach arrived with an impressive resume, having previously managed the national teams of East Germany and Iraq.

Despite his good intentions, he paid the price for hastily implementing changes that he believed were necessary.
