WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT?
It is a pity to see BG Tampines Rovers in the state they are in now.
Months ago who would have thought of this would happen when they had a good run in the AFC Champions League Two competition during which they caused an upset against South Korea's Pohang Steelers at Bishan.
The frequent changes of the head coaches didn't help the cause and seems to make it worse.
Thought Noh Rahman did well to get things settled down in a short space of time after Akbar Nawas left abruptly at the start of the season.

NEED TO FIX THE IMPORT SCOUTING WOES ...
While there are some outstanding individuals, it cannot be denied that certain imports simply do not make the grade.
After all, the increase in the import quota for match days was intended to raise the competitiveness and intensity of the league.
Sadly, this hasn't been the case; instead, we have witnessed lopsided scorelines throughout the season, highlighting an urgent need to address this scouting deficiency.

This commemorative plaque, which I saw at the Taipei Arena a few days ago, reminds me of a similar suggestion I made some time ago (π‘ππ£π ππ© π©ππ ππ€π€π© π€π π©ππ π₯π€π¨π© πππ‘π€π¬ππ»)
The plaque is enshrined at the venue to remind those unaware that this spot was once the site of the demolished Taipei Municipal Baseball Stadium β the historic shrine of Taiwanese baseball.
I believe a similar tribute should be installed at the Singapore Conference Hall (SCH), the site that once housed the Anson Road Stadium, famously known as the "Wembley of Malaya" during its existence.
A legacy that shouldn't be forgotten but having something tangible to remind all its role in local football folklore.
