NOT SUPRISED AT ALL
The delay of the World Cup's broadcast details don't surprise me at all.
I think people are concern how much they going to pay and the quality of the streaming too

#WorldCup2022 - OUT OF REACH FROM THE ROOTS
I am not sure about the rest, I just don't feel the hype of the World Cup which is going to take place this month.
To the extent, I don't know the exact date when the greatest show on earth is going to kick off, I don't exactly know which are teams to be featured, also are there 24 or 32 teams playing in the odd scheduling of this once-in-a-four-year event?
Also with the skyrocketing cable subscriptions, I opted not to see the games live on my television unless they are showing on terrestrial channels.
Simply because I couldn't afford the rates, and I can unashamedly tell the rest that I have not seen Leo Messi in action although I was fortunate to snap his buddy Neymar and his contemporary Cristiano Ronaldo in action in recent years when the latter two were in Singapore.
So if the poll I conducted on IG Story days ago is a reflection of the sentiments of the ground, the game is clearly out of reach from those who made it great when the rules were first codified in the 19th century.

SO WHO IS GONNA HAVE THE BIGGEST SAY?
Co-hosting a major football tournament is nothing new in this region when 2007 saw AFC Asian Cup jointly hosted by Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam - a decision that was regretted by the then AFC president Mohammed Bin Hammam who was the one to propose that groundbreaking move.
With that precedent, is Asean region ready to repeat that feat when Malaysia already denied any part in this proposal.
