The minimum price fluctuation will be $ 2.50 for one contract; however, for large transactions from ten contracts, it will be possible to determine the price with an accuracy of up to $ 0.01. There are no daily restrictions on price fluctuations, but a limit of 100,000 lots has been set. Commission for exchange and clearing services will be $ 0.50 for each participant in the transaction.
For the purpose of technical implementation of trade, listing of new contracts will be held every day. Trading will be conducted from 8:00 pm to 6:00 pm the following day, New York time. Preliminary opening of the auction will be carried out at 19:55, and calculations will be made from 16:58 to 17:00.

🔺«Комиссия считает целесообразным назначить более длительный период, в течение которого необходимо принять решение по предложенному изменению правил, чтобы у нее было достаточно времени для рассмотрения предложения и сбора комментариев», — говорится в уведомлении.

The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has extended the deadline for considering Kryptoin Investment Advisor's application to launch an exchange-traded fund (ETF) based on the first cryptocurrency until July 27, 2021.
🔺 “The Commission considers it appropriate to set a longer period during which it is necessary to take a decision on the proposed rule change, so that it has sufficient time to consider the proposal and collect comments,” the notice says.
✅In October 2019, Kryptoin filed an application with the SEC to launch a Bitcoin ETF. In April 2021, the company updated the form, listing Cboe BZX as its intended trading platform.
The regulator started considering the last application on April 23rd.
In the same month, the SEC postponed a decision on an application for the launch of a digital gold ETF from investment firm VanEck until June 17.
In May, the regulator extended the deadline for considering an application from financial giant WisdomTree until July 14. All three companies have chosen Cboe as their prospective marketplace.
