Procedure to get 2nd dose Covid Vaccine (Covishield) In Bangalore for International Travelers

1. Head to Bangalore University Central College Campus (Bengaluru Central University, Dr. Ambedkar Veedhi)
2. Carry the following documents (whichever applicable) as proof of travel
- Passport and Aadhar card (original)
- Certificate of first dose
- Aadhar card copy
- Passport Copy
- Visa Copy (if you have)
- Acceptance letter/ Offer Letter/ I 20/ resident permit/ employee card/ company ID
- Marriage certificate (for dependent spouse)
3. Duly Filled copies of Annexure 4 and Annexure 5 (2 copies each)
4. Your documents will be verified at registration desk and you have to enter your details in their register.
5. From there you can proceed to get the approval from the Deputy Commissioner/ Nodal officer
6. Your papers will be verified again, then Annexure 4 will be updated on your CoWin account
7. You can proceed to take the shot
Timings are : 10.00 AM to 4.00 PM
Lunch Break : 1.00 PM to 2.00 PM
