Role Brief:
HR Data & Analytics Manager
An individual contributor, #HRAnalytics professional, a go getter who has hands on HR data management background in HR verticals for a min. of 5 years & can lead C&B / benchmarking / salary increases and other strategic projects & initiatives.
Key attributes: Execution excellence
Key Tools understanding: Reporting / Analytics / Metrices management / PowerBI, Tableau, Reporting tools, contribution to our People processes by presenting data insights, extensive knowledge on MS Office / MS excel / Power Point & Org Charts (Visio or other tools).
