"Today the Delaware Supreme Court vacated the trial court's revocation of Lin Wood's pro hac status in a defamation case. The trial court had pointed to Wood's cases challenging the 2020 election (including our case in Wisconsin) and his texts and twitter feeds as evidence for his disqualification. Of note, the Supreme Court found that the trial court's insinuation that Wood was responsible for Jan 6 riots was baseless and cast wrongful aspersions on his character."
