TD Cowen estimates the cuts will affect 18% of Oracle’s 162,000-person workforce and free up $8-10 billion to fund AI infrastructure. Oracle has not confirmed the total number.

There's something wrong with Grok (the group of AI tools by Twitter and Elon Musk). For about three days it stays on high demand mode and is not usable even for paid users.
The speculations vary from certain hardware or software failure to malicious agents or excessive use by the government. The official Grok pages either ignore questions or keep saying that nothing is happening.
