By the end of 2025 Stack Overflow basically died. Search engines stopped suggesting it, users stopped asking questions.
The rise of LLMs is only a part of the issue. The biggest deal was the extremely toxic and conservative community:
Active replies were insulting, but also often outdated — ignoring new features and environments. Because of that even before AI Reddit and some other UGC platforms started to gain traction for developers to discuss their issues.

Back in my days we used to get to the special website to ask for coding advice. In response we never got a single useful answer — just a bunch of humiliation.
