Just got Assassin's Creed Odyssey on Steam (it's on sale, 85% off) and for some reason they dropped me Assassin's Creed 3 Remastered too. It isn't mentioned anywhere! 😮

It takes SEVERAL MINUTES to load up all the gear (that I have from a better edition and from owning other games) before I can actually play.
It shows all items by small chunks of 3 and makes pop-up sound for all of them.
Who approved that?

So, Assassin's Creed Odyssey is vast, insanely beautiful, and much better written than Valhalla in terms of dialogues. And cities are just magical, simply walking around is the experience.

The Crew 2 just received the hybrid-offline mode! Same as they promised after the scandal with The Crew being delisted.
You have 2 choices:
• Start an entirely new game save purely in offline mode.
• Import your online save to an offline/local save.
• Only one local save is supported, so a new one will re-write the previous one (for example, if you export online one again)
• When launching the game, if your console or PC is connected to the internet, you'll be able to select whether to play online or offline.
• If no internet connection is detected, the game will automatically launch in Offline Mode.
BUT the game still boots up BattleEye for some reason.

The game is very impressive, but it's in poor shape on any modern NVIDIA card with high refresh rate monitors. It is flickering like hell.
On the pirated version you can simply replace the DX11 with Vulkan, but on a legit one the solution is literally to limit the game at 60 FPS. Even if it's capable of running at 160.
And Ubisoft officially refuses to fix it, but they are still selling it just fine.
