YouTube is now hiding homepage content for users without active views history. Before they used local and cloud storage and were able to suggest accounts you previously watched even without visible views history.
This will affect millions of bloggers and channels who will no longer receive views from people who forgot to subscribe and even from ones who subscribed. Overall: they will open YouTube and close it back, instead of watching suggested videos.

The AI slop upscaled videos appeared on YouTube. "Zombie on your lawn" is among the first videos that were forcibly upscaled.

Overall, the new YouTube AI banned at least tens of thousands of active channels and by some estimations over a million active accounts.
IN JUST A COUPLE OF WEEKS!
Big creators were able to recover their channels, but everyone else is getting AI replies even on social media.
In most public cases there was no violation even remotely and AI was just doing a random shit like this. They are insisting that the issue is not massive, but the number of public cases proves the opposite.
