Key Responsibilities

▫️Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements.
▫️Create clear technical documentation, including system flows, integration specs, and user stories.
▫️Evaluate and optimize existing systems for performance, scalability, and security.
▫️Monitor and analyze blockchain-related data to provide actionable insights.
▫️Research and integrate blockchain protocols to enhance platform functionality.
Requirements
▫️3+ years of experience as a System Analyst, preferably in blockchain, Web3, or fintech.
▫️In-depth understanding of decentralized exchanges and blockchain technologies, including smart contracts and DeFi protocols.
▫️Strong skills in data analysis and technical documentation.
▫️Experience working with blockchain analytics tools and APIs.
▫️Proficiency in modeling tools (e.g., UML, BPMN) and agile methodologies.
▫️Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
▫️Ability to work independently and collaborate in cross-functional teams.
