Fluence assembles excess compute capacity from top tier data centers around the world into a global, always-on DePIN network that is suitable for running a wide range of applications. What You'll Be Doing:
▫️Maintain and troubleshoot core infrastructure on Kubernetes (cloud and bare-metal);
▫️Own observability — add alerts, improve dashboards, ensure full system visibility;
▫️Maintain and evolve CI/CD pipelines;
▫️Participate in cloud R&D — storage, networking, virtualization, hardware;
▫️Assist with support — debug issues with customer VMs/workloads, answer technical questions;
▫️Join the on-call rotation to help keep the platform solid and reliable.
What You Bring:
▫️3+ years of production experience;
▫️Solid Kubernetes knowledge — you've deployed and managed real clusters;
▫️Strong Terraform skills and an IaC mindset;
▫️Familiarity with GitOps principles and tools
▫️Experience with the Prometheus ecosystem;
▫️Ability to work independently and deliver fast;
▫️Proficiency in Russian & English.

What You'll Be Doing:
▫️Redesign and implement the new generation of our on-chain marketplace with a more advanced model for rentable resources.
▫️Take ownership of smart contract architecture, gas optimization, and upgradability patterns.
▫️Actively contribute to evolving tokenomics, from economic modeling to implementation of incentive-aligned mechanisms.
▫️Lead regular audits and security reviews of the protocol.
▫️Be the internal driver of secure development practices, guiding other engineers and reviewing critical code paths.
▫️Work closely with teams building off-chain components to align smart contract interfaces with traditional services.
▫️Understand and improve the interface between the blockchain logic and surrounding infrastructure.
▫️Refactor and maintain legacy contracts where necessary.
▫️Advocate for high standards in test coverage, documentation, and code clarity.
What You Bring:
▫️Deep experience designing, testing, and deploying EVM smart contracts (Solidity, Foundry, Hardhat).
▫️Strong background in gas usage optimization and economic efficiency of contracts.
▫️Solid experience integrating web3 protocols into traditional backend environments (TypeScript/microservices).
▫️Exposure to tokenomics and on-chain incentive mechanisms.
▫️Mastery of Solidity, EVM, and related tooling (Foundry, Hardhat).
▫️Comfort reading and modifying existing complex codebases.
▫️Bonus: Familiarity with Rust and blockchain systems beyond Ethereum.
