We are looking for a Project Owner
We are an international brand and a team of experts in the iGaming niche. Just in 2024, we doubled our team, and now we are 300+ professionals from 21 countries. We are looking for a Project Owner for a large media/content project in the casino niche
▪️Requirements
▫️Experience in developing projects in the iGaming industry (media projects, operators, brands, providers)
▫️Solid understanding of the Live Casino niche: game providers, game mechanics, and player preferences
▫️Knowledge of monetization methods for content projects
▫️Understanding of SEO fundamentals: site structure, keyword research, competitive analysis, technical optimization
▫️Experience in managing and coordinating teams: editors, SEO specialists, designers, content creators
▫️Skills in A/B testing and working with analytics
▫️Knowledge of marketing basics and content funnel building in iGaming projects
▫️Experience with influencer marketing
▫️English В2-С1, fluent Russian
▫️Entrepreneurial mindset — ability to identify growth opportunities and turn them into actionable tasks
▫️Responsibility and proactiveness
▫️Systematic approach — building processes, timelines, and control mechanisms
▫️Strong persuasion and leadership skills
▫️Ability to work in an environment of uncertainty and make quick decisions
▫️Strategic thinking
▪️The following skills would be an additional benefit
▫️Experience in growing YouTube channels, social media platforms, or external content hubs
▫️Experience in scaling projects to new GEOs (localization, content adaptation)
▪️Responsibilities
▫️Developing the media site within the Live Casino segment, driving traffic growth and revenue
▫️Formulating and implementing strategies for content, marketing, and brand promotion
▫️Developing and executing a content plan: articles, game reviews, interviews, special projects
▫️Growing the YouTube channel and other media platforms of the project
▫️Participating in the localization of the site for new markets (market research, content adaptation)
▫️Strategic development of partnerships with game studios, platforms, and providers
▫️Managing and coordinating all team resources involved in the project (seo, content production, marketing)
▫️Analyzing content and traffic performance, generating and testing growth hypotheses, and preparing regular reports
