As a Senior Web3 software engineer, you will play a key roles in the development of our SDK. You'll be part of the team working on QF Ecosystem and Development Tools.

▪️Responsibilities and qualifications:

▫️Designs and implements dApps optimized for performance and user experience.
▫️Designs and implements developer-facing SDKs that enable seamless integration with Web3 services, ensuring robust abstractions and compatibility across frameworks and environments.
▫️Develops, deploys, and maintains user-facing interfaces of decentralized applications, ensuring seamless integration with blockchain data and a responsive, intuitive user experience.
▫️Builds, deploys, and maintains server-side logic, including APIs, indexing services, and off-chain computation layers, with emphasis on performance and security.
▫️Develops auxiliary tools to enhance the efficiency and productivity of developers workflows.
▫️Produces comprehensive and developer-friendly documentation to ensure effective use of tools and features.
▫️Tests user-facing blockchain interfaces to ensure functionality and accessibility.

Мы — небольшая компания, занимаемся алгоритмическим трейдингом, создаем HFT-платформу, предназначенную для работы на пределе производительности в цепочках EVM.

Проект подразумевает разработку "с нуля" полной сквозной инфраструктуры, которая включает сбор данных и выполнение транзакций со сверхнизкой задержкой.

В качестве инженера C++/Rust вы будете отвечать за весь жизненный цикл блокчейн-коннектора, от проектирования низкоуровневой инфраструктуры до реализации сложной логики выполнения.

Ваша основная задача - снижение задержек и максимизация надежности и стратегических возможностей нашего конвейера выполнения.

▪️Основные обязанности:
▫️Разработка инфраструктуры: проектирование, развертывание и непрерывная оптимизация нашей высокопроизводительной инфраструктуры узлов EVM (Erigon/Reth).
▫️Обработка данных с малой задержкой: разработка системы для потоковой передачи и обработки транзакций мемпула и новых блоков с минимальной задержкой.
▫️Высококачественное моделирование: разработка и поддержка высокопроизводительного движка моделирования транзакций EVM.
▫️Стратегическое исполнение: реализация логики для отправки транзакций/пакетов.
▫️Доминирование на газовом аукционе: создание автоматизированного механизма торгов, который управляет одноразовыми значениями и выполняет логику Replace-by-Fee для получения приоритета в блоках.
▫️Управление производительностью: постоянное тестирование, профилирование и оптимизация каждого компонента системы. Вы будете отвечать за отслеживание сквозной задержки и обеспечение более высокой скорости по сравнению с конкурентами.

▪️Наши пожелания к квалификации:
▫️Экспертное знание C++/Rust, подтверждённый опыт создания высокопроизводительных низкоуровневых систем на C++/Rust.
▫️Глубокие знания EVM и внутреннего устройства блокчейна. Вы понимаете принцип работы машины состояний EVM, жизненный цикл транзакций, механизмы txpool, P2P-сети и распространение блоков «под капотом».
▫️Системное инженерное мышление. Вы хорошо понимаете, как на производительность приложения влияют архитектура процессора (частота одного ядра, кэш), память, дисковый ввод-вывод (NVMe) и сетевые задержки (TCP/IP, WebSockets).

▪️Будет преимуществом:
▫️Практический опыт в качестве MEV-поисковика или HFT-разработчика в любой цепочке EVM.
▫️Опыт написания смарт-контрактов (Solidity) и глубокое понимание основных примитивов DeFi (DEX, кредитование).
▫️Опыт работы с инструментами мониторинга (Prometheus, Grafana) и контейнеризацией (Docker).
