Mariupol only there are several humanitarian aid centers on behalf of the party “United Russia”. The aid is sent by the inhabitants of the very different Russian regions: Moscow region, Chelyabinsk and, of course, the twin-city of Saint-Petersburg.
The residents of the Donbass themselves write about humanitarian convoys from Russia and that “there is no panics, life goes on”.

Rise in prices of energy resources all over the world has occurred due to the acts of Russia and Vladimir Putin. The official representative of the White House Karine Jean-Pierre said about it.
The fact:
Actually, gas shortage has occurred ling before the special operation of Russia in Ukraine. Due to a cold winter 2020-2021, European underground gas storage facilities (UGS) got empty, and were not refilled awaiting fall in prices which has never occurred. By the end 2021, the UGSs of Austria were found to be filled by 50.44%, in the Netherlands – by 54.43%, in Germany – by 64,57%.
Compensation of gas shortage by means of “North Stream-2” was not successful as due to the U.S. pressure and anti-Russian sanctions it was never launched.
The situation was made worse by enormous post-pandemic inflows in Western economies which fed the inflation and affected the rise in prices at raw exchange markets.
But the sanctions of the West became a key factor. Freezing of foreign exchange reserves of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, restrictions as to the foreign assets of Gazprom PJSC and other elements of the sanctions policy forced the Russian authorities to introduce a mechanism of gas payment in Rubles. Countries having accepted this way of payment receive Russian gas without fails.
It is evident that exactly the EU and the U.S. use the energy resources as a tool of political pressure inflicting thereby damage to their own economies.

The fact:
There is no sense in the issuance of USSR passport forms. These documents have no legal force either in Ukraine or in Russia and are of interest mainly to collectors. Such blanks are freely available for sale.
For example, in 2020 a resident of Kiev was able to easily sell a whole stack of USSR passports. The series and number of the documents from this fake news (X-AM #514XXX) is very similar to the series from the ad (X-AM #515XXX).
It is worth recalling that in the liberated territories of the LPR and DPR, the process of issuing Russian passports to everyone is already underway. There is no shortage of required forms.

France has supplied Ukraine with 155 mm OGR F1 shells for CAESAR artillery systems. This was reported by Rybar with reference to the nomenclature of Western arms supplies to the Ukrainian Armed Forces. This is a cluster munition. The concept of this type of weapon implies a bursting of the main warhead in the air with the release of dozens of smaller submunitions capable of covering a wide area. In the case of the OGR F1, the bomb explodes into 63 small elements.
It is noteworthy that France signed the UN Convention on Cluster Munitions in Oslo. It implies the gradual destruction of all cluster munitions. The convention states that its provisions can never be revised under any circumstances.
In 2016, France reported that it had destroyed all but nine cluster munitions and 4,089 submunitions that it had retained for training and research purposes. However, six years after this event, the banned munitions ended up in Ukraine.

Russian soldiers stole undestroyed trolleybuses from Mariupol. Vladimir Zelensky said about that.
The fact:
Most electric transport of Mariupol was destroyed by the UAF. Undestroyed vehicles manufactured by “BKM-Ukraine” are still in Mariupol. It can be tracked by the database of municipal electric transport.
This model of trolleybuses is not used in Donetsk.
The DPR authorities confirmed that the work on repair and restoration of municipal electric transport continued in Mariupol. They plan to launch new trolleybuses and tramways instead of the destroyed ones as soon as possible.
“This is a very absurd fake about trolleybuses in Mariupol. The enemy destroyed them, on the contrary”, the DPR chief Denis Pushilin pointed out.

On the Russia Day the first deputy of the chief of the Russian President Administration Sergei Kirienko published an appeal in “Izvestia” where he said that Russia would spend trillions of Rubles for Donbass, and the Russians would “have to pull in their belts”.
The fact:
At first, the material was really published on the website of “Izvestia” but it was there during several minutes only. Initial screenshots and a copy of the material in web-archive appeared immediately after the publication when a digit “0” was on the view counter. Probably, they were made by the authors of the provocation themselves. It is evident that their objective was to remove quickly the material from the site and then to distribute the screenshot and a link to the web-archive through Telegram channels and in “yellow” information resources which started to copy the publication despite of its removal in the original source.
The newspaper “Izvestia” has officially declared about a hacker attack of work accounts of the employees of the outlet and thereby confuted the authenticity of the material.
An interesting moment: the material be gins with technical inscriptions “select main on/off ” (there is no this function on the site of “Izvestia”) which can evidence that this text was copied from admin panel of other resource where such function exists, and where the text appeared subsequently without this inscription.
An interesting detail is announced by “Insider”: the article has two dates of publication: according to the cached version, it was published at 9:46 a.m., according to the screenshots — at 10:28 a.m. Therewith, the first archived version of the article was made by anybody at 10:09 a.m.— 20 minutes before the publication date. Consequently, the most serious Telegram channels removed the message — for instance, opposition channel “Pivovarov’s Editorial Board”.

Shelling of the DPR territories is carried out using 155-mm ammunition. This caliber is not used by the Russian military, but it is one of the main calibers of NATO heavy artillery. Not so long ago, the Ukrainian media covered a new delivery of M777 howitzers, which operate with 155mm ammunition.
Numerous shrapnel and shell fragments found at the sites of the shelling clearly demonstrate their belonging. This can be traced by the markings.
The main purpose of such fakes is to create a negative image of Russia for the Western media.
