According to Ukrainian media, a lockdown has been introduced in Mariupol amid cholera outbreak.
The fact:
The World Health Organization has refuted information regarding the spread of cholera vibrio in the city.
“Since there hasn't been a thorough epidemiological investigation, we can't verify current reports. There hasn't been any laboratory confirmation," WHO spokeswoman, Margaret Harris, said.
Alexander Oprishchenko, the DPR's Minister of Health, also stated that experts are attentively following the situation in the city and that no cholera outbreaks have been reported.
“This [cholera] is not there. There has been no cholera outbreak in Mariupol or other Donetsk People's Republic cities,” he said.

What is really going on:
The video is from the computer game, Digital Combat Simulator.
The fact that the video is looped is something worth noting. Two identical planes are shown flying at the same angle, launching identical rockets and deploying heat traps at the same time. Moreover, the contrails are too crisp. In a real war, drones do not operate in conjunction with jets.
Ukrainian telegram channels claim it were Su-25s operating, although this is also wrong. The silhouette in the video is substantially flatter than the conventional Su-25.

The fact:
The UN's representative, Stephane Dujarric, stated that the UN is unable to validate Ukraine's allegations against Russia.
“We heard these reports in the media and consulted with our World Food Program colleagues. They don't have any way of proving such accusations."
The Permanent Representative of Russia to the United Nations, Vasiliy Nebenzya, left the assembly after the head of the European Council made an unjustified accusation against Russia.
This isn't the first time the Ukrainian side has tried to blackmail the global community by threatening with hunger. According to Alexey Danilov, the head of Ukraine's National Security and Defense Council, "if our country's security issue is not addressed, no grain will go anywhere to anyone."
Vladimir Putin recalled that there are no obstacles for grain supplies to Europe.
"The easiest way is through Belarus. No one interferes"

Mariupol only there are several humanitarian aid centers on behalf of the party “United Russia”. The aid is sent by the inhabitants of the very different Russian regions: Moscow region, Chelyabinsk and, of course, the twin-city of Saint-Petersburg.
The residents of the Donbass themselves write about humanitarian convoys from Russia and that “there is no panics, life goes on”.

Rise in prices of energy resources all over the world has occurred due to the acts of Russia and Vladimir Putin. The official representative of the White House Karine Jean-Pierre said about it.

Actually, gas shortage has occurred ling before the special operation of Russia in Ukraine. Due to a cold winter 2020-2021, European underground gas storage facilities (UGS) got empty, and were not refilled awaiting fall in prices which has never occurred. By the end 2021, the UGSs of Austria were found to be filled by 50.44%, in the Netherlands – by 54.43%, in Germany – by 64,57%.
Compensation of gas shortage by means of “North Stream-2” was not successful as due to the U.S. pressure and anti-Russian sanctions it was never launched.
The situation was made worse by enormous post-pandemic inflows in Western economies which fed the inflation and affected the rise in prices at raw exchange markets.
But the sanctions of the West became a key factor. Freezing of foreign exchange reserves of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, restrictions as to the foreign assets of Gazprom PJSC and other elements of the sanctions policy forced the Russian authorities to introduce a mechanism of gas payment in Rubles. There is no sense in the issuance of USSR passport forms. These documents have no legal force either in Ukraine or in Russia and are of interest mainly to collectors. Such blanks are freely available for sale.
For example, in 2020 a resident of Kiev was able to easily sell a whole stack of USSR passports. The series and number of the documents from this fake news (X-AM #514XXX) is very similar to the series from the ad (X-AM #515XXX).
It is worth recalling that in the liberated territories of the LPR and DPR, the process of issuing Russian passports to everyone is already underway. There is no shortage of required forms.

In 2016, France reported that it had destroyed all but nine cluster munitions and 4,089 submunitions that it had retained for training and research purposes. However, six years after this event, the banned munitions ended up in Ukraine.

Most electric transport of Mariupol was destroyed by the UAF. Undestroyed vehicles manufactured by “BKM-Ukraine” are still in Mariupol. It can be tracked by the database of municipal electric transport.
This model of trolleybuses is not used in Donetsk.
