• minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in HR
• good knowledge of the RoK Labour Code
• excellent attention to detail while multitasking
• strong organisational skills
• ability to build and develop relationships
• ability to execute daily tasks with minimal supervision
• PC literate
• good verbal and written English
