Info Systems Project Manager (SAGE X3)
About Company:
An international company specializing in the development, production and maintenance of oil production equipment and is the world leader in ESP production. The offices are located in 15 countries around the world, where major client groups are represented.
Responsibilities:
Planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects in the oilfield equipment manufacturing and service industry, aligning them with organizational goals and objectives
Defining project scope, objectives, and success criteria to meet the specific needs and requirements
Manage project of global ERP (SAGE X3) deployment in different countries of company presence according to the roadmap
Manage project of upgrade from SAGE 300 to SAGE X3 in some regions according to the roadmap
Manage support for existing SAP BPC implementation (enforce SLA, proceed customization requests etc)
Manage other info systems projects if needed
Communication with existing contractors (monitoring compliance with the schedule and project milestones, problem detection and escalation)
Search and negotiations on the selection of contractors for the implementation and support of information systems
Coordinate project tasks across internal-external groups
Control deliverables in accordance with project plans
Run steering committees and focus groups
Report projects progress to HQ management
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in IT, computer engineering, or a related field.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
Experience in IT project management, preferably in a manufacturing and service project environment.
Experience with ERP, manufacturing, field service systems development is essential.
Experience with SAGE X3, SAGE 300 systems is essential.
Strong knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
English and Russian speaking.
