🇷🇺🇦🇪📞 President of Russia Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation the President of the United Arab Emirates, Mohammed bin Al Nahyan.
The conversation covered topical issues of further development of Russian-Emirati cooperation, taking into account the agreements reached during the summit in St Petersburg on October 11. Special attention was given to the promotion of trade and economic cooperation, including in the transport, logistics and energy sectors.
The effectiveness of joint work within OPEC Plus to ensure the stability of the world oil market was highlighted. It was also noted with satisfaction that all Member States are consistently implementing the decisions they approved.
☝️ In this context the sides touched upon the situation concerning the attempts by some Western countries to impose anti-market restrictions on the price of Russian crude oil, which is contrary to the principles of world trade.

🇷🇺🇦🇪 On April 25, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov had a conversation in New York with Minister of State of the United Arab Emirates Khalifa Shaheen Almarar.
The Ministers discussed current issues pertaining to further developing the multifaceted Russia-UAE collaboration, including at the UN.
🤝 They confirmed the shared intention of Moscow and Abu Dhabi to promote the entire system of bilateral relations, including mutually beneficial cooperation in trade, the economy and energy.
They also considered certain key issues on the international and regional agendas.
