It is founded by Levon Budagyan, Gor Hakobyan and Narek Rostomyan. Levon Budagyan is a serial entrepreneur with a prior exit of over $150M. Gor Hakobyan is a scientist specialized in signal processing and radar technologies. He is an author of over 100 patents in that area.

C-QUADRAT Ampega Asset Management announced about investment of $1,030,000 in Formula VC.
Pension funds are actively investing in VC funds internationally. The decision to invest in Formula VC by C-Quadrat Ampega Armenia has high significance as this is the first case when an Armenian institutional investor invests in a VC fund.
