MediaThis is one of the many iconic landmarks of the Scottish landscape, located at the Helix Park of Grangemouth. The Kelpies is the largest equine sculpture in the world with its 35 meter height. The sculpture pays tribute to the shape-shifting water spirits and the heavy built Scottish work-horses. They were essential part of the Scottish industry. The small pool around sculptures represents the conditions these horses often worked under. They were often submerged with just the head out of the water.
