MediaPinto Bean Soup! 🥣.#lunch ➡️ 3 cups @naturalgrocers organic pinto beans and 1/2 cup barley soak in water overnight. Pour the soaking water out, rinse and place the beans in a large pot and add 8 cups of @kettleandfire vegetable broth or water cook them until they are tender.In a skillet, saute the chopped onions (2 large) in olive oil until golden brown. Then add 1 tbsp turmeric, freshly ground black pepper, 4 tbsp @bionaturae_organics tomato paste, 1 tbsp @williamssonoma Calabrian Chiles in oil, diced @truestoryfoods beef hot dogs and sea salt 🧂. Mix them all together then add to the pinto and barley. Let it simmer for about 30 minutes.
