Mediaβ¦because we donβt throw away stale croissants, we repurpose them. I used about 6 hardened Costco croissants. Cut them in quarters (large chunks). Whisk together two eggs, 16 oz of cream, two teaspoons of extract (either almond or vanilla), one cup of sugar (or more if you like it sweeter), two sticks of melted butter (yes a lot of butter), and one tablespoon of cinnamon. Mix croissants into your mixture and place in a 9β pan. Let it sit for one hour or overnight if you have the time (overnight is best). Bake on 350Β° for 45 minutes or until it gets a beautiful golden brown color. Let it cool for at least 15 minutes. Letting it sit allows everything to gel together and create a yummy texture. #dessert #desserts #breadpudding #croissant #croissants #goodeats #foodporn #foodie #foodies #foodiesofinstagram #dessertporn #dessertlover #costco #baking #bakinglove #bake #bakersgonnabake #bakingfromscratch #foodblogger #foodphotography #foodstagram
