The message of the International Music Software Trade Association is simple: "BUY THE SOFTWARE YOU USE"!

"The International Music Software Trade Association (IMSTA) is a nonprofit association which represents the interests of the music software industry. Its primary goal is to change end-user behavior in order to reduce the demand for pirated music software. IMSTA pursues this goal through education and not litigation."

"Many musical companies, manufacturers, and distributors around the world have partnered with IMSTA's mission in spreading anti-piracy awareness to consumers everywhere."

They, also, are organizing some events, which are called: "IMSTA FESTA".

"IMSTA FESTA is a celebration of music technology that brings manufacturers face to face with their product users. These consumer shows have something for all musicians, songwriters, producers, audio engineers, music students and educators in the industry. From industry Panels and Master Classes to Software Exhibits and Song Reviews.. ..this one day affair is not to be missed!"
