It's a, polyphonic, Model D.

The Poly D, has four, paraphonic, voices. That means, that there are four separat voices but only, one filter, envelope, amplifier, et cetera, for all voices.

Some features are, a classic ladder filter (24 dB), BBD - stereo chorus, 37 - full size keyboard, LFO, 32 - step sequencer and arpeggiator, distortion - unit, pitch - and mod - wheel, MIDI - in / - out / - thru, USB, control - in / - outs, unisono - mode, external - input, tilt - panel, mono - and stereo - output..
