Israeli judges acquitted an Ultra-orthodox Jewish settler who assaulted a French nun near King David's Tomb in Jerusalem last April.

The court accepted the settler's defense which claimed that he was "in a psychotic state" and therefore, not legally responsible.

He was sentenced to a psychiatric hospital instead of prison.
