🎮Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop Arcade Idle games (possibly incorporating ARPG elements)
• Create and balance game systems (progression, rewards, monetization)
• Define content for core and meta game aspects
• Prototype and iterate based on feedback and data
• Playtest and ensure features are fun, understandable, and enjoyable for players
🎮What you will need::
• 3+ years of experience in Arcade Idle, Idle, Tycoon, RPG, ARPG, 4x Strategy, Farming, Tower Defense, Hybrid-casual
• Strong experience on game mechanics, balance, and player progression
• Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and school math skills
• English B1+
