Rewards will be distributed over the course of ~6 weeks, starting on July 13th, 2022. There are a few things to know about the Collector Staking rewards:
- You must set up your Collector Staking account by July 12th at 12pm UCT in order to qualify for the July 13th rewards distribution.
- Stake your Exomon by adding your Solana wallet(s) to your Collector Staking account by going to the Polychain Monsters website > enter app > DeFi > Account > Paste your Solana wallet address in the “wallet address” input box > select Solana > sign and approve transactions to link your account. We also have more detailed instructions in an earlier announcement (scroll up to June 29th on our discord announcements channel).

It’s wonderful to see how involved many of our new (and old) members are when it comes to interacting with the Polychain Monsters dApp and their Collector staking mechanism. We’re glad you’re enjoying our unique functionality to stake and earn on your NFT collection - something we were one of the first to implement in the space believe it or not!
That being said, we’d like to take a moment to give you a little background information on how claiming your staking rewards works.
The Basics of Collector Staking 🪙
1️⃣ Collector Staking rewards are generated procedurally over time and paid out weekly. The reward amount is based on the point size of your staked collection as a fraction of the total points of everyone’s staked collection.
2️⃣ There is a one year period from receiving a reward that you are able to claim your full earnings. If rewards don’t get claimed within 365 days, they go back into the rewards pool.
3️⃣ Each time your claim your rewards, you are paying a little bit of gas in order to transact on the blockchain.
4️⃣ Therefore, the ideal time to claim Collector Staking rewards is slightly more frequently than zero times per year, but less frequently than each and every week.
Note: The first time rewards might return to the rewards pool is August 24th, 2022. If you began staking at the inception and have never claimed, please do so before this date.
With that out of the way, keep on grabbing up those monsters, climbing the leaderboards, and enjoy earning passive income with Polychain Monsters!

WITHDRAWAL OF COLLECTOR STAKING REWARDS HAS BEEN TEMPORARILY PAUSED
The withdrawal of Collector Staking rewards is temporarily paused while we deploy fixes for a bug that allowed unauthorized $PMON-withdrawals. The identified bug allowed an exploiter to withdraw a few thousand $PMON, which they then sold. We noticed the issue within minutes and paused all withdrawals to prevent larger damage while the bug is being fixed.
We will update the community when the bug has been fixed and $PMON-withdrawals have been re-enabled (might take until the end of the week to fix). Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Everyone, the time has come, we will be taking a snapshot of all the holders of the Windvane Unibull in in a day. Every wallet holding a Unibull by then, will be added to Windvane.io‘s Whitelist and be able to participate in Round 3 of their Genesis NFT mint.
Since our usual procedure with Special is to provide the utility to the wallets that pulled the special, Windvane.io agreed to increase the number of Whitelist spots for our community and decided to consider the wallets that pulled the Windwane Unibull and sold it by now as well.
If you are one of the lucky people getting on the Whitelist, there is nothing to do for now. We will collect and transmit all wallet addresses to Windvane.io and provide you with further instructions regarding the mint as soon as we have these informations.

@everyone To make the rainbow fusion feature complete, the 11/11 Rainbow Challenge is now live. This challenge rewards 1,000 points to community members that collect at least 1 type of Rainbow Polymon and 25,000 points to anyone that collects all 11 types of Rainbow Polymon.
The Rainbow Challenge base point levels will be as follows:

YUM YUM - THE RAINBOW UNIDONKEY HOTPOT IS FINALLY FINISHED 🍲

Last week we began stewing up a very special hotpot - one full of fresh, organic, Unidonkey ingredients.
For those that might need a refresher, starting August 16th any participant could send a Unidonkey of theirs (or many) to our burn contract in exchange for a raffle ticket. These Unidonkey were placed very carefully into our special cooking pot and used to churn out Rainbow versions instead!
Between all participants' cooked submissions, winning raffle tickets were selected and have now been sent the rewards of the stew - think of it like a crowdsourced Rainbow Fusion 🌈🤗
Now that that's out of the way, go check to see if you've won! Head on over to your collection page and find out if you've got a special Rainbow Unidonkey with the following ID: 1000004000433

➡️ When burning your ticket you´ll receive 1,000,000 $PMLG tokens so that you can get yourself a Genesis Island.
➡️ It takes up to 1 month to distribute these 1,000,000 $PMLG.
