A Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department was found unconscious on January 22nd, with officials saying he passed away shortly after being discovered.

Multnomah Co. Sheriff’s Office: This afternoon, deputies recovered the body of Jennifer Moore. A private contractor equipped with ground penetrating radar (GPR) helped determine the exact location of Moore’s vehicle. Crews used front loaders to dig to the SUV, which was buried in about 15 feet of mud, rock and debris.
We want to acknowledge Corbett Fire District 14, Oregon DOT, Multnomah County SAR for their help in bringing closure to the Moore family and greater Dodson community. Crews will continue working to clear debris from the area.
