• Download the ROM zip
• install this recovery
• Boot into Recovery
• install the ROM zip normally
• Format Data
• Reboot

[I test it by myself and I posted from the ROM]

Notes:
• If you are going from weekly MIUIv13, you are doing a downgade so format data is mandatory!

•If you get access denied you can use any VPN and will solve it

•you don't have to install the OF recovery again after flash the ROM because the ROM include it
